∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Masters of Business Administration in Accounting/Finance/Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDSCM
∎ Skills Required: C&F Agent Handling, Commercial, Import, Logistics Management, Sea port operation
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 18 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Clearing and Forwarding, Commercial, Commercial related experience, Commercial/ Purchase, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Import Commercial, Logistics Management, Sea port operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement, Cement Industry, Developer, Freight forwarding, Group of Companies, Importer, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas, Packaging Industry, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Real Estate, Shipping
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise all activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing (both local and foreign), material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, receiving, distribution etc.
∎ Maintaining all import/export related activities.
∎ Lead commercial team to provide necessary documents to the C&F agents for port clearing.
∎ Follow up export documents and cargo vessel position
∎ Ensure proper negotiations prices and terms with suppliers, vendors or freight forwarders.
∎ Maintain liaison with concern business units as regards to import of raw materials and export of finished products to the respective buyers.
∎ Ensure validation/renewal of bonded warehouse license from Tax Commissioner's office including indemnity and undertaking, etc.
∎ Ensure preparation of relevant documents relating to C&F, if and when required.
∎ Make sure that Insurance Coverage Note, Pl and all such other documents meet all the formalities and requirements as specified by the banks for L/Cs.
∎ Sourcing Independently according to the product specification.
∎ Excellent working knowledge in export L/C, Import L/C, Local L/C, Freight Forwarding and Worldwide incoterms.
∎ Should be able to deal with all Government Office, Bank, Customs and Shipping Company and vat related works.
∎ Ensure all kinds of Commercial documents, Export Import Invoice Packaging List, CO, BL etc.
∎ Ensure correspondence with overseas office/external parties/ customers as and when necessary.
∎ Co-ordinate with logistic, CS as well as CNF to ensure smooth delivery.
∎ Maintain L/C related Banking activities when required
∎ Must be able to prepare LC, TT and Other Financial Transactions.
∎ Should have Knowledge about H.S Code, Duty and Tax, Cargo Clearing Procedures from Customs.
