∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hotel maintenance experienced, HVAC
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hospital, Hotel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Repairs and maintains of all mechanical equipment & machineries
∎ Checks and maintains utility supply system water, compressed air, gas, steam, fire fighting system & drainage system
∎ Takes responsibility for installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing certain equipment and facilities, including ACMV system, VRF systems and split/cassette units, and refrigerators including those that operate all day long
∎ Maintains air conditioning and refrigeration system
∎ Follows up and implements plumbing and sanitary works & system
∎ Undertakes repairing and maintenance tasks as instructed by your supervisor
∎ Carries the responsibility of running the production end to end smoothly without any interruptions by making sure the machinery has a 100% uptime.
∎ Acts for preventive and scheduled maintenance as key functionalities along with having proper machine inventory system
∎ Conducts periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to the standard of the hotel
∎ Assists in other assigned tasks throughout the hotel as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Diploma in Mechanical /AC & Refrigeration Technology
∎ Working experience in Medical//Hospital/Hotel is preferable
∎ 5 to 8 year(s) in the relevant filed
∎ In case of highly skilled and experienced applicant educational qualification may be relaxed
Salary: Negotiable
