Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc in Civil Engineering from any Engineering Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of construction works of the mega projects.
∎ Close coordination with Consultant/RAJUK/Contractors for an effective building system.
∎ Planning for proper progresses of the projects along with Planning Dept., monitoring the project progresses and taking action plans depending upon the needs.
∎ Monitor the specification of all materials and equipment as per the project standard and BOQ.
∎ Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
∎ Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
∎ Coordinate with all the levels of management and contractors for progress, construction schedule and maintenance of the specification.
∎ Prepares project reports for Management
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ Minimum 15 years in real estate/construction industry including township project. Candidate having 3-5 years overseas work experience is a must.
∎ Should have experience in working with mega construction project.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a time-frame
∎ Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
