Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing

• At least 6 years

• Age 28 to 35 years

• Must be proficient and fluent in English;

• Ability to work under pressure;

• Candidate must have full working knowledge on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CLO3D and other Microsoft all applications.

• Develop innovative fashion designs, seasonal collections, and product concepts in line with buyer requirements and market trends.

• Research global fashion trends, colors, fabrics, prints, silhouettes, and styling directions.

• Prepare design sketches, mood boards, color palettes, and detailed design presentations.

• Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, Sample, and Technical teams to develop samples according to buyer specifications.

• Select appropriate fabrics, trims, accessories, prints, and embellishments based on design concepts.

• Review prototypes and samples, ensuring design accuracy, quality, fit, and overall appearance.

• Communicate with buyers and internal teams to incorporate feedback and finalize designs.

• Monitor fashion trends, competitor products, and market developments to generate new design ideas.

• Ensure timely completion of design projects while maintaining creativity, quality, and buyer expectations.

• Guide junior designers and support the team in achieving design and product development objectives.
