Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 5 Years of experience in Mechanical, Stationary

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check purchase requisition and associated information (required date, items' quality requirement, item lead time)
∎ Check technical specification with the uses department.
∎ Collect quotations from at least three suppliers from the enlisted suppliers (check KYC) who have to fulfill the requirement (Quality, delivery, and others term and conditions)
∎ Visit the market place time to time to source quality products with optimum prices.
∎ Price Negotiation with the suppliers (Check Price Agreement) in terms of quality, delivery, and payment tenure, strongly check H.S. Code with the bond license. Analysis of market price.
∎ Proceed with CS at least three suppliers with the specific term and conditions and make approval from the approval authority with the supporting paper demand note, purchase requisition, and price approval (if any).
∎ Proceed PO in the ERP system and make arrangements for approval, send the PO to the selected supplier.
∎ Collect PI (If applicable), check negotiated price and other terms and conditions.
∎ Proceed PI to commercial and follow up L/C. send the L/C transmitted copy to the supplier and request the goods delivery. Follow up the goods delivery until in-house.
∎ Follow up GRN/MRR information and share quality information with the suppliers, if any quality issues, make arrangements for replacement and rectify them. Follow up payment for the specific PO and closed the PO.
∎ Follow up Items' (NON-MRP) safety stock and re-order point as per predetermined approval.
∎ Update safety stock with the increased demand and supply variation.
∎ Control lead time through smart sourcing and negotiation with suppliers to minimize safety stock.
∎ Collaboration with suppliers as per management policy to control safety stock and price benefits.
∎ Follow up on demand and supply variation and take the necessary action as soon as possible.
∎ Strongly follow up demand, supply, and every purchase order in case of bulk and sample, until in-house.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Purchase /Procurement/Supply chain
∎ PGD in supply chain management will get a preference
∎ Excellent in MS Office
∎ Should have good communication skills
∎ ERP Software knowledge added advantage
