Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Person should have strong knowledge about customer service (Import)
∎ Must be capable to solve any emergency issue with the customers for import shipment by air & sea.
∎ Capable to submit IGM and pre-alert and arrival notice to the customers.
∎ Capable to work in a team and motivate to team members.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2/3 year(s) experience in Freight Forwarding
∎ Candidates having work experience only in Freight Forwarding Companies are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
