∎ B.Sc in IPE/Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from Public University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control entire production process to make sure that all kinds of finished goods are produced with require level of quality
∎ Analyze and identify the process gaps & bottlenecks and initiate to increase the productivity and enrich the optimum production level
∎ Prepare production plan, analyze the down time and adjust extra schedules (if needed) to meet the target
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of company resources, such as: manpower, machine capacity, materials, etc
∎ Ensure to follow the safety parameters during production to reduce lost time accident and first aid case and provide the safety counselling to increase employee awareness
∎ Prepare all kinds of production reports as per SOP
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments including maintenance, nutrition & quality assurance, accounts, store, ER & admin, etc. to manage the required operational support to run uninterrupted production

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 - 4 years relevant experience
