Foreign procurement, Monitoring
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pre-Purchase monitoring of machinery, spare parts and raw materials.
∎ To source potential and quality suppliers from the competitive market on regular basis for the procurement of different materials and components.
∎ To analyze the market price and keep updated accordingly.
∎ To develop contract terms and negotiate with suppliers ensuring the best available practices of procurement with regulations and laws.
∎ To solve problems with end user departments and suppliers.
∎ To assist transporting and receiving with shipment related discrepancies and variances.
∎ To collect and analyze supplier's quotations and select the best alternative out of them.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
∎ Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∎ Must possess excellent business sensibilities and knowledge of Purchasing Strategies.
∎ Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
∎ Good Technical knowledge of IT Products.
∎ Candidates should have the ability to flawlessly multi-task and thrive under pressure and deadlines.
