∎ B.Sc in Chemical Engineering, Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering along with MBA.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting market research and obtaining feedback from clients to improve existing products & services.
∎ Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients and meeting with new clients to expand sales territories.
∎ Identifying the customer's current and future requirements.
∎ Writing reports and liaising with the production team regarding issues, foreseeable problems, and effective solutions.
∎ Simplifying technical terms during product demonstrations and post-sales customer support.
∎ Updating orders and sales and negotiating the best contract terms.
∎ Listening to customers' needs and advising them on the best products/services to buy.
∎ Memorizing technical product specifications and keeping up-to-date with new company products as well as industry trends.
∎ Providing sales support during virtual and onsite client meetings.
∎ Travelling to visit potential clients.
∎ Negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions.
∎ Maintaining professional working contact with key suppliers and third parties.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in sales would be advantageous.
∎ Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent organizational, research, and multitasking abilities.
∎ Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills.
∎ A professional appearance.
∎ At least 3 years' experience in sales & marketing.
∎ The applicant should have additional experience in Technical & Design related works in Water Treatment, Effluent Treatment and Boiler Water Conditioning System.
