Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in Naval Architecture/Engineering from a reputed foreign university is a must.
∎ Educational Qualification can be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain a high degree of Application knowledge of the Power & Energy, Marine, and industrial engineering sectors by monitoring new developments, new products, new research, and new concepts in the industry.
∎ Devise and strategize the company plans and procedures. Bringing up the company to international standards and explore the international business opportunities for the company.
∎ Understands future customer, industry and technology trends in power generation, industrial and marine engineering,
∎ Introducing new products to the market in collaboration with reputed foreign manufacturers. High degree of product evaluation knowledge and previous experience
∎ Be in tune with the marketplace and keep abreast of technical trends and competitor plays
∎ Prioritize and coordinate sales opportunities with Industry Marketing and the Key Account Management
∎ Keep field organization current with industry technology and best practices
∎ Identify and provide basic input on industry-unique needs for sales tools, technical materials, sales collateral, media and other promotional materials and campaigns
∎ Industry Initiatives and marketing events support, Organizing marketing events
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At Least 20 years of Practical Experience in same field especially with Generators, compressors, Marine engines, propulsion systems and other industrial equipment otherwise Job application will not be accepted.
∎ Preference will be given to the candidates having work experience in reputed foreign engineering companies and having experience working for notable projects in Marine/Industrial/Defence projects abroad.
∎ Previous experience of business development event coordination is a must such as technical forums, seminars
∎ Understanding multinational project works and creating business opportunities from them is a must. High level of international exposure is required.
∎ Must possess Good Workable Knowledge in MS Office & Power Point.
∎ Experience in Salesforce software is a must.
∎ Healthy, Energetic, Positive minded person and ready to undertake challenging tasks at ease.
