Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor degree in any discipline of Engineering.
∎ Skills Required: Business Development, Computer Operating, Computer skill, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote and sell Fire Fighting services within an assigned geographic area to achieve significant sales targets.
∎ Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and support Sales development reviews.
∎ Develop Bid plan with clear roles, actions, and timelines to meet the submission target date including but not limited to compilation of proposal contents, solution creation and finalization, costing and pricing, delivery of proposals in line with provided guidelines.
∎ Must have basic knowledge on installation and maintenance of, PA System, Fire Alarm, & Detection System, Fire Hydrant and Sprinkler System. Design of Fire detection and protection system.
∎ Experience on Accord/Alliance certified factory is preferable.
∎ Ensure Accord/Alliance & all compliance Standard as well as to face Fire safety audit when required.
∎ Proper knowledge on BNBC, NFPA and all other National and international fire code will be preferable.
∎ Experience of Training on Fire system is preferable.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 year(s) for BSc in engineer and 5 Years for diploma engineering.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Fire safety Engineering, Business Development, Communication, Sales & Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Fire detection, Fire protection, Fire equipment, Fire business system.
