∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from DUET/ KUET/ RUET/ CUET/SUST and Other reputed public Universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction works, Civil Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Real Estate, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Estimation, Costing & time schedule Making for Construction work.
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in according with project budget.
∎ Construction, quality control, preparation of bills, handling of sub-contractors.
∎ To look after overall Project development activities of constructions.
∎ Monitoring and supervising day to day construction work at project.
∎ Making plan to complete the job in schedule time.
∎ Drawing and maintaining official documents.
∎ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Auto CAD 2D, 3D, Internet Browsing and Communicating with email.
∎ Structural Design making with Auto CAD, Rivet Architect software.
∎ Checking of work volume and bills submitted by different contractors.
∎ Regularly communicate with management regarding work progress.
∎ Follow-up all civil works.
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure independently.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age at least 32 year(s)
∎ Need to be master on auto cad drawing and other related software's.
∎ Need to prepare designs and drawings as required.
∎ Need to stay at project site beyond fixed time.
∎ Should have experience on factory construction, design, drawing and billing.
