∎ CEEL (Civil and Electrical Engineering Limited) is a specialized in Sub Station/ Transmission Line Substation based organization which serves public and private projects throughout the country.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Transmission & Sub Station industry with proven work experience as TENDER Specialist in same field would be shortlist for an interview.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ A) EGP Tender Work Job Description:
∎ Need to Check Tender Notice Daily Basis
∎ Need to check Tender Criteria from Tender Notice and find out which eligibility match with our company for Participation.
∎ Need to submit selected Tender Notice to the management for approval.
∎ After Management Approval need to submit requisition for Tender Document Purchase.
∎ After Tender Document Purchase, need to prepare all the Company Documents according to the Tender Document requirement.
∎ Submit the BOQ and all necessary document to the BOQ Department for quoted price.
∎ After getting all the document need to submit all Document with BOQ Analysis in EGP
∎ B) Other Local Tender Work Job Description:
∎ Need to Check all the Website for new Upcoming Tender, Ongoing Tender Work Scope etc.
∎ All types of communication with the principal company from time to time should be done through email, letters and phone calls.
∎ Daily progress work updates follow-up, Submit bill.
∎ Needto collect Detail Information about upcoming Tender Opportunities from Authorized Person
∎ If the Tender is feasible for participation, then he will submit it to Business Procurement Team.
∎ Business Procurement Team will analysis the Tender Notice Details and if the Tender is feasible for Participate then they will inform Procurement Head for Further Procedure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Excellent Command in MS Office applications.
∎ • Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking.
∎ • Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
∎ • Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
∎ • Working under pressure.
∎ • Should have mentality to work beyond time frame.
