∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ PGD Supply Chain will get preferred
∎ Skills Required: Cross functional, Functional Skill, Local and Foreign Purchase , Negotiation Skill, Spare Sprats Sourcing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Local Procurement, Purchase/ Procurement, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments Accessories, Architecture Firm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure sourcing, negotiate and purchase materials from Local vendors & international vendors.
∎ Ensure all goods and services purchased comply with company procurement policy & procedure.
∎ Searching profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships.
∎ Ensure comparative statement for all purchase, negotiating prices, terms and condition with the supplier, establishing PO where applicable.
∎ Responsible for implementing internal procurement action plan to cater superior delivery services and shorten lead time requirements.
∎ Link up with cross functional department, suppliers, warehouse for smooth and uninterrupted operational support.
∎ Frequently market visit.
∎ Monitoring and measuring supplier performance.
∎ Increase the quality and efficiency of communication with supplier.
∎ Aligns with company strategy and supplier strategy to create competitive advantage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Communication skill with supplier, internal customers.
∎ Self-Driven, Proactive attitude and independent worker.
∎ Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude.
∎ Proficient in MS office Applications.
∎ Able to work under stress in a fast paced environment.
∎ Good knowledge in ERP/ SAP
Salary: Negotiable
