Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation from any recognized University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive materials against purchase order and ensure the quantity as per order.
∎ Notify user department for inspection of the materials once received & ensure the completion of the inspection as early as possible.
∎ Report discrepancies to purchase executives, observed by user department during inspection for necessary action.
∎ Submit all documents (PO copy, delivery challan signed / sealed by user dept & store keeper) to purchase execute for necessary payment action.
∎ Issue the materials to different users following receipt of store requisition (signed & approved by concern department) as & when required.
∎ Ensure adequate record keeping i.e. PO, Delivery Challan / Inspection note etc. and maintain inventory control review of consumption / uses.
∎ Regular update of stock quantity. Provide weekly / monthly stock status report following physical inventory of the materials.
∎ Follow up with the supplier / contractor for deliveries / replacement of the items against discrepancies.
∎ Perform other store-related duties, including returning of rejected materials to supplier, existing items packing condition, proper tagging / labeling etc.
∎ Coordinate for disposal of surpluses / damaged / obsolete items if required.
∎ Traine, guide store personnel as and when required.
∎ Any other task assigned time to time by the department Head / Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 6-8 years in Construction Store.
∎ Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude
∎ Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access) and ERP
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a time-frame

Salary: Negotiable
