Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in MIS/ CSE/ Math/ Finance/ Accounting/ Economics
Job Responsibilities:
∎ RTM (Real Time Management)
∎ Collating & Maintaining Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Reports from Different Queues & Prepare Dashboards/ PPTs
∎ Monitoring SLA Performance - Generating Manuals & Various Reports
∎ Analyzing Errors & Automate Reports
∎ Daily Work Activities, Reporting & Analysis
∎ Assist in forecasting and scheduling based on historical data.
∎ Schedule Change management.
∎ Track employee information and changes.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate knowledge in Call Center WFM
∎ knowledge in MS Excel.
∎ Capacity to share thoughts & business intelligence from situation
∎ Proficient in communication.
∎ Effective analytical skills and ability to pay attention to detail.
∎ At least 1 Year experience in relevant sector
∎ Knowledge on VBA
∎ Macro Recording
∎ MS Power BI
∎ MS Access
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
