Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master's degree in any discipline from any recognized university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Purchase of raw materials for all concerns.
∎ Arranging the best price quotations for required raw materials.
∎ Sourcing best vendors through efficient negotiation.
∎ Enlistment of vendors with proper documents as required by company policy.
∎ Maintaining relationship with existing vendors.
∎ Ensuring the quality of the raw material
∎ Scheduling of purchase order and ensuring of on-time arrival
∎ Preparing and reviewing purchase order and claims and contracts.
∎ Reviewing the purchase order through accuracy and verifying the product information for placing order
∎ Maintaining records of goods ordered and received
∎ Processing bills for vendors
∎ Instructing and coordinating activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling and distributing material, equipment, and machinery
∎ Taking required approval from the proper authority for the payment of vendor bill in accordance with the company purchase policy
∎ Ensuring proper execution of company purchase policy
∎ Other tasks as and when required by Management/MD
∎ Process all requisition, purchase order, GRN through ERP system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ Having computer knowledge on Excel, MS Word, email.
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement
∎ Previous experience in Procurement and logistics roles, a good understanding of purchasing systems and basic finance, plus a good understanding of MRP/ERP systems preferred.
