Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ PGD in Supply Chain Management will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing materials and supplier locally exploring market and vendor development.
∎ Preparing RFQ, collecting quotation, doing technical evaluation, negotiating, preparing CS and taking approval for purchasing of materials.
∎ Preparing purchase orders/ work orders, follow up delivery, settling supplier bills and payment.
∎ On time delivery of all materials/ items/ services as per the requirement.
∎ Purchase of materials at the most competitive price which minimize the cost of company ensuring higher quality standard.
∎ Supplier accounts maintain.
∎ Prepare different type of report as per requirement of head of procurement as well as management.
∎ Provide recommendations on pricing, sourcing and specifications relating material, goods and services for the hospital.
∎ Create and update a pricing list for most commonly used items.
∎ Ensure that all paperwork and procedures are followed for customs and duty exemptions in coordination with the relevant government offices.
∎ Implement effective internal control of assets inventory and property management.
∎ Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Management.
