Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Existing Vendor management.
∎ New vendor development.
∎ Negotiation of best prices.
∎ Reduce supply chain costs while improving service quality.
∎ Have good connections with various suppliers with different products such as Electric & Civil, Paint, AC, Compressor, Battery, Stationary etc.
∎ Vendor audit for product and process compliance.
∎ Coordinate with various stakeholders such as factory management, end users, suppliers and other relative internal departments such as finance, legal, production etc.
∎ Demand forecasting.
∎ Inventory management.
∎ Keeping track of factory inventory.
∎ Warehouse storage optimization.
∎ Spend analysis.
∎ Make or buy decisions.
∎ Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly.
∎ Analyze data from shipping and delivery processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.
∎ Rate negotiations with transporters.
∎ Shipment consolidation.
∎ Returns and damaged goods management.
∎ Develop the company’s supply chain strategy.·
∎ Maintaining records as per legal requirements·
∎ Identify and implement sustainable and less resource-intensive supply chain solutions.
∎ Familiar with ERP Software.
