Commercial, Distribution, Logistic, Purchase/ Procurement, Store/ inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of maintaining good rapport with different Govt. agencies like RAJUK, NHA, Titas gas, DCC, DESCO, DMP (Traffic), Dept. of Fire service, WASA etc.
∎ Arrangement of Transport services / Courier services
∎ Co-ordination with various departments.
∎ Verification of correctness of materials from the suppliers.
∎ Responsible for vendor management and smooth working of day to day operations at purchase department.
∎ Coordination and negotiations with vendors to get the best price.
∎ Placing Order to supplier & Material receipt from the suppliers.
∎ Follow up with vendors / suppliers for timely material delivery.
∎ Follow up with Accounts department for vendor / supplier payments.
∎ Responsible for procurement of all construction material in time
∎ Ensure that the materials are reached in the respective site on time.
∎ Be always in full picture of site requirement.
∎ Must be efficient in MS word and excel.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Keep update all procurement items list and report daily to manager.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
