∎ BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering / IT Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to troubleshoot Microsoft software products / devices deploy;
∎ Working knowledge on common business software;
∎ Develop models for future architectural enhancements to system hardware and software;
∎ Assist and advises in the development or modification of complex hardware and software solutions to enhance a commodity or specialized IT infrastructure or environment;
∎ Manage and track IT assets;
∎ Managing and taking full responsibility for timely IT solutions;
∎ Providing technical support to a wide range of Windows, Unix and Mac desktops and laptops;
∎ Controlling the starters/leavers/movers process function from IT ensuring a positive impression for new officials;
∎ Strong organizational and communication skills.
