∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
∎ PGD or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or related field is preferable.
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.

∎ Minimum 1–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain related to civil construction projects.
∎ Strong exposure to civil materials procurement, contractor coordination, and BOQ handling.
∎ Experience working with factory-based construction projects or large infrastructure projects.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
∎ Knowledge of civil materials, market prices, and vendors
∎ Minimum 1–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain related to civil construction projects.
∎ Strong exposure to civil materials procurement, contractor coordination, and BOQ handling.
∎ Experience working with factory-based construction projects or large infrastructure projects.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
∎ Knowledge of civil materials, market prices, and vendors

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Procuring the related goods & services for civil construction in different projects & factories for the company locally as per requirement.
∎ Collecting technical data & financial offers, verifying, analyzing route-based & negotiating prices as per market and payment terms, warranty, making CS, taking management approval & issuing PO or work order.
∎ Drawing & BOQ collection from consultant according to information of design, drawing & BOQ as per strategic plan.
∎ Availability of construction materials at the site as per the plan, collection of time schedule or Gantt chart from civil contractors & completion of project activities by following up as per Business plan.
∎ Negotiating the price as well as other necessary terms & conditions by increasing the learning curve & knowledge of the cost of each component.
∎ To coordinate the finance & internal audit team and factory as per their needs to understand technical terms & work closely with Compass team members to manage project and activity budgets and ensure costs within budget.
∎ To gather knowledge on the price of all civil materials & services with the help of online resources.
∎ Monitoring & tracking purchase orders and contacting vendors on the invoice or deliverable dates ensuring timely submission of proper documentation.
∎ Ensuring vendor payments on time & closing out each purchase order and managing vendors in accordance with procurement policies and guidelines. If any mismatch come in the bill that needs to settle based on the collaboration of factory concern & vendors / Suppliers.
∎ Sourcing potential suppliers on a regular basis, evaluating suppliers' qualifications & proposals through comparative study and preparation of purchase orders.
