Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting or Finance
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA (CC) will be given preferences.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Strong computer skills and proficiency, Team Leadership, Very good team player
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts and audit, Audit investigation, Compliance Audit, Internal Audit, IT Audit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check all bills/ voucher/ requisition/ delivery challan or any others documents.
∎ Check daily local purchase bills, petty cash book, and all types of payments & receipts vouchers.
∎ Perform Cashbook audit, the record of cash transaction & disbursements.
∎ Checking monthly statements and records are accurate reliable.
∎ The incumbent candidates should have sound knowledge on VAT & TAX to implement in works as per government rules.
∎ Checking bill voucher with proper documentation, Approval and Market competitive price.
∎ Make yearly, monthly and daily audit plan and execute the internal audit based on plan
∎ Investigate occurrences of fraud, embezzlement and theft, waste and recommend controls to prevent or detect such occurrences.
∎ Conduct audits on an ad-hoc basis/ as assigned by management teams
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following above. Ready to do any other assignment assigned by the organization management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent analytical ability.
∎ Strong report writing skills.
∎ Good computer knowledge on MS office.
∎ Proactive, positive attitude, honest and dynamic.
∎ Strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
