Educational Requirements:

∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Advance certification on SCMProcurement, CIPS aspirants
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Microsoft Excel Advance Level, Negotiation Skills, Pricing, Suppliers and Vendor Management

Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CAPEX, MRO, Non Inventory Purchase, Purchase/ Procurement

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the development of the category strategies and lead sourcing plans and the implementation of those strategies.
∎ Contribute to team objectives such as long-term cost-saving initiatives & efficiencies
∎ Design sourcing plans and delivers strategies directly or indirectly as business requires. Balances the business needs, company risk, and supply market capability to determine the optimum route to deliver maximum value
∎ Take on procurement category management responsibilities, develop an efficient and balanced supplier base, build good business relationships, and drive supplier performance by using appropriate metrics and scorecards.
∎ Resolve supplier issues and ensure appropriate supplier management
∎ Ensure that all regional procurement policies and procedures have been adhered properly.
∎ Continually innovate and develop tools and processes to automate, streamline and improve the procurement function.
∎ Build and maintain formal bid packages for bidding processes on category requirements.
∎ Lead contract negotiations and conform execution of the same.
∎ Lead costs, and terms and conditions agreements with Suppliers and Contractors based on JFBL's standards.
∎ Receive and review requisitions, examining for correctness and verifying budget availability, in collaboration with Finance and accurate authority for requests.
∎ Research and qualify suppliers and ensure that suppliers meet or exceed JFBL quality and project standards, including documentation, workmanship, cost and schedule. Support supplier related Quality, Change and Claims Management.
∎ Process quotations; review commercial terms of quotations and prepare analysis of conformity to JFBL standards and provide negotiating strategy recommendations. Prepare quotation overviews and documentation required for holders.
∎ Expedite execution of Purchase Orders and ensures timely delivery, including support of logistic activities.
∎ Maintain Project Procurement Plan and consult project team on required purchases,
∎ Supervise supply chain and supplier performance; while maintaining constant communication with suppliers to identify process, product and service improvement opportunities; seek, document and realize cost savings and cost avoidance opportunities.
∎ Maintaining P2P process.
∎ Maintain SAP Transections.
∎ Preparation MIS periodically (Weekly, Bi-Monthly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly).
