∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fire and Safety, Generator, WTP
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery and utility services like RO, WTP, generators, Fire Plant room, etc.
∎ Assist in maintenance work of various pumps, compressors, and replacement tasks of mechanical seals of pumps, valves, etc.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of Plumbing & welding works for operating building and construction support.
∎ Maintain schedule of maintenance of each equipment effectively and efficiently.
∎ Diagnose root cause and specify method of repair for plant equipment.
∎ Maintain records on equipment histories, analyze cost, coordinate with team members and Head of Department for needed changes towards increasing reliability.
∎ Regularly report work status to the Head of Department.
∎ Ensure safety in the job site.
∎ Maintain the required stock of spares and consumables.
∎ Perform any other relevant works as assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Experience in supervising all repair maintenance, installation activities & Construction support to ensure smooth operational activities of the project/Unit.
∎ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Auto CAD 2D, Internet Browsing and Communicating with email.
∎ Should be capable of maintaining history & logbook of all departmental activities, process machinery & inventory of stocks/Spare.
∎ Should be capable of internal & external communications required for the smooth operation of the project.
