∎ Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a local procurement context.
∎ Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
∎ Knowledge of local market dynamics, regulations, and supplier landscape is preferred.
∎ Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a local procurement context.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify local suppliers/vendors and establish relationships to ensure a reliable and diverse procurement network.
∎ Receive and review purchase requisitions from various departments to determine procurement needs.
∎ Obtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate prices, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable contracts.
∎ Process purchase orders accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of purchased items.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts and maintain optimal inventory levels.
∎ Resolve any issues or discrepancies with delivered goods, including quality concerns, quantity discrepancies, or damaged items.
∎ Keep accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information using procurement software or databases.
∎ Analyze procurement data and identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier performance optimization.

∎ Walton Digi-Tech Industries Limited is seeking “Sr. Executive/ Executive-Local Procurement” for Supply Chain Management Department. The ideal candidate has a passion for printing, Packaging and branding Items purchase within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. He will work with the supply chain team and be responsible for purchase printing, packaging & branding items.
