Educational Requirements
- LLB/LLM from any recognized university/ institution.
- Having bar license.
- Any professional degree will be considered an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities
- Handling labor court/civil/criminal court cases through concern chambers as per guidance of the legal advisor.
- Updates land related payment and documentations.
- Liaison with Law Firm Association and Legal Advisor for any matter related to legal issues.
- Filing case in Thana/court as and when necessary.
- Drafting documents as per guidance of legal advisor.
- Maintaining and updating all case files effectively.
- Initiating & conducting all legal proceedings, drafting legal documents (notice/letters/ contract/ agreements/deed etc).
- Work under the guidance of legal advisor.
