Audit, factory audit, Internal Audit, Inventory Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform pre-audit and post-audit of all different kinds of bill voucher to ensure compliance with existing policies & management approval of respective concern.
∎ Checking the procurement and disbursement procedure of respective area.
∎ Checking the Banding Bill with physical verification.
∎ Prepares reports and preserves documentation pertaining to audits for internal record
∎ Conduct market survey for price verification and report prepare.
∎ Physically confirm all personnel of factory level for salary payment.
∎ Check monthly Salary and wages sheet & Overtime.
∎ To be checked all kind of incentive, Festival Bonus, employee benefit, arrear or unpaid salary and wages, leaves encashment bill & TA/DA with records.
∎ Check new joining & migration workers’ file
∎ Employees & workers attendance check & verification.
∎ Check & verified the manpower statement.
∎ Visit Factory & depot for operational & Financial Activities check.
∎ Physical Inventory, Cash and Fixed Assets verification.
∎ Check Bank reconciles statement.
∎ Verification of style wise closing summary.
∎ Physical inventory of closing balance of Garments.
∎ Check receipts, issue, and consumption quantity of store materials, chemicals & accessories to be check as per documents.
∎ Check fabric cutting vs. production statement.
∎ Check revenue with delivery challan & rate sheet
∎ Vouching (Factory & Head Office)
∎ Cash Book Casting.
∎ Verification of receipt payment statement.
∎ Monthly Income and expenditure statement to be checked for MIS report.
∎ Store movement, physical inventory of materials & accessories through sub store & bond.
∎ Gate pass /Challan copy of fabric/trims to be check & verify.
∎ Physical verification of replace items of store materials and disposal items.
∎ Wastage sales and realization.
∎ Pre-audit of Head Office Purchase bill.
∎ Checked received & delivery status with challan.
∎ Checked production Qty. (Process wise)
∎ Checked sample Qty. with register.
∎ Daily machine wise software production Qty. verify.
∎ Buyer & style wise daily chemical consumption checked with demand sheet.
∎ To be check &verify Sub contract work, Wastage sales, realization and outstanding statement.
∎ Verify stock register with issue requisition.
∎ Pre-audit of all challan copies.
∎ Follow-up of previous unsettled audit observations and reconciliation of units’ reply thereon.
∎ Reporting to supervisor & Head of department on audit findings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have the mentality to work in the factory on the basis of rostering assigned by the departmental head.
∎ Adequate knowledge in IAS/IFRS,Tax, VAT, Company Act
∎ Smooth in TALLY Software operation, Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook etc.)
∎ Strong analytical abilities, leadership skills & passion for growth.
∎ Proactive, innovative, energetic, hardworking, dedicated and target oriented.
∎ Ability to work with cross-functional team.
