∎ Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing work schedules for the electrical staff.
∎ Inspecting and assessing the work done by the electrical staff.
∎ Reading and interpreting design schematics to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems.
∎ Troubleshooting major system failures and equipment malfunctions.
∎ Repairing and maintaining electrical equipment.
∎ Coordination with supply chain, material control and other related department for smooth operations.
∎ Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
∎ Write maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
∎ Documentation and periodical reporting and capable of solving all technical and managerial problems at project.
∎ Coordinating with all the relevant departments to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering data; completing backups.
∎ Monitor and control maintenance costs.
∎ Ensuring the work is completed on schedule.
∎ Ensuring and maintain the safety issues of the project.
∎ Communication with BPDB.
∎ Maintaining regular maintenance work in different projects under the company.
∎ Any related work assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Able to troubleshooting of major system failures and equipment malfunctions.
∎ Should have experience in costing, preparing Bill of Quantity of materials of project.
∎ Ability to understand any kind of electrical drawing for installation and maintenance for any electrical equipment like substation, generator etc.
∎ Ability for leadership, team work and decision making under pressure with good intercommunication skills.
∎ Should have the experience in residential building construction & maintenance work.
∎ Energetic, hardworking, self-motivated, highly adaptable and able to Work independently.
∎ Like to meet and take challenges & can work under pressure.
∎ Eagerness to take challenge and work under stress.
∎ Ability to work in a team of multi-disciplinary professionals.
