Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Person should have strong knowledge about customer service (Import)
∎ Must be capable to solve any emergency issue with the customers for import shipment by sea.
∎ Capable to IGM submission in Asycuda world.
∎ Capable to handling pre-alert documents and serve arrival notice to the customers.
∎ Capable to seaport and CFS customs operations.
∎ Capable to work in a team member with the C&F, Coloader and carrier
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4/5 year(s) experience in Freight Forwarding
∎ Candidates having work experience only in Freight Forwarding Companies are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
