Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate (Commerce Preferred) from any reputed Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute and monitor all kinds of export related tasks for Buyer like H & M.
∎ Handle and monitor Bank, C & F agent and Factory.
∎ Respond properly & quickly all sorts of queries through mail and other communications.
∎ Monitor , follow up and execute all sorts of works as per L/C or sales contact.
∎ Ensure all documents comply by L/C terms & conditions.
∎ Strongly follow up shipment date schedules and have to send booking to forwarder accordingly.
∎ Follow up all export shipment and report accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sound knowledge on L/C terms & conditions & prepare documents as per sales contract / L/C.
∎ Experience to work with H & M is highly preferable.
∎ Should have comprehensive knowledge on preparing export documentation.
∎ Should have experience on placing online booking.
∎ Proficiency in Computer and English is needed.
∎ Need to work under stress & in complex situation.
Salary: Negotiable
