Educational Requirements:

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin and Accounts, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, General Administration, logistic management, Office Management

Job Context:
∎ Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities. Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor housekeeping activities, security system, health and hygiene, transports management activities.
∎ Liaising with vendors for admin needs
∎ Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
∎ Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
∎ Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
∎ Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
∎ Provides information by answering questions and requests.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Meeting and event arrangements;
∎ Preparing reports and financial data;
∎ Training and supervising other support staff
∎ Customer relations management.
∎ Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience
∎ The ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors.
∎ Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.
