Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee demand planning and management processes for new and existing products.
∎ Develop and execute product demand plans to meet organization goals.
∎ Provide support in developing seasonal demand forecasts and anticipate customer's reactions to the promotions and discounts
∎ Develop demand forecasts based on demand patterns and business trends.
∎ Work with customers, sales team and supply chain management to improve forecast accuracy.
∎ Maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer demands
∎ Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities.
∎ Mentor and train other Planners as needed.
∎ Update customers and sales team about product availabilities.
∎ Maintain inventory levels based on future customer demands.
∎ Address demand related queries and issues in a timely manner.
∎ Schedule monthly forecast meetings with all customers as required
∎ Identify opportunities to meet customer demands during constrained supply.
∎ Maintain demand planning processes and systems to improve forecasting accuracy
∎ Identify areas of improvements and recommend action plans.
∎ Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
∎ Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
∎ Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
∎ Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.
∎ Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
∎ Conduct monthly forecast maintenance.
∎ Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A minimum of 3 years' experience in a demand planning/forecasting role.
∎ Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
∎ Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
∎ Capability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
