Manufacturing (FMCG), Inventory/Warehouse
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep records of the customer (Factory, Distributor & Depot) and update their accounts information
∎ Create financial & statistical reports by analyzing data on customer service
∎ Recommend potential service to SCM by collecting customer information and analyzing their needs
∎ Handle complaints, provide appropriate solution & alternatives within the limits
∎ Collect all data of sales return, damage return, rate adjustment from customers & Depots
∎ Prepare reports on daily vehicle movement for delivery performance
∎ Prepare reports on transport vendor service for optimizing cost & vehicle's capacity utilization
∎ Focus on Team performance improvement to achieve the goal of Organization
∎ Communicate with sales, marketing & finance to resolve customer issues related to order & service
∎ Assure & follow up on the practice of MGI values & behaviors
