Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Construction projects, Costing, EPC projects, Estimating, Largescale construction, Project Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting to the Manager of Budget & Cost Control, EPC about designated work
∎ Quantity take-off, Cost analysis & Rate analysis
∎ Preparing BOQ/BOM and other documents for financial offer
∎ Analyses cumulative work achievement & productivity
∎ Checking Sub-contractors Bill/Quotation
∎ Analyses impact of cost change reasons
∎ Preparation of Project Time Schedule and Method statement of awarded / tender project
∎ Collecting every week revenue progress status from the project
∎ Communication with the Business Acquisition Team to collect necessary documents/information for the EPC team during the kick-off and implementation stage of the project
∎ Review the progress of the Project Team and provide the report to the line manager
∎ Forecasting the costs of different materials/services needed for the project
∎ Analyzing upcoming projects/tenders, liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, Business team, tender team, Project Manager and other teams
∎ Monitoring ongoing projects to identify variations, claim scope and develop the cost control system
∎ Work with the Project Manager/ Team Leaders to identify productivity/cost estimation
∎ Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum 4 years of working experience in estimating / cost estimation/ BOQ / BOM Preparation in large construction / EPC project/infrastructure development works
∎ Should have sound knowledge of Auto CAD, MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Visio, MS Outlook) and other quantity takeoff/estimation software. Applicants with strong MS Excel skills will be preferred
∎ Should have knowledge of construction drawing and should be able to relate layout in the construction field
∎ The capability of quick learning, self-planning and decision-making
∎ Candidate must be familiar with construction practices, materials and equipment
∎ Must have excellent command of reading, writing and speaking English
