Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of work schedule for the project, budget, cost estimation.
∎ Checking bills submitted by contractors & file them for future correspondence.
∎ Prepare project status (i.e. Weekly, Monthly reports) for the presentation with documents in meeting with the Higher Management.
∎ Liaison with Project Managers and Site Engineers and provide necessary technical supports.
∎ Tracking & distinguish actual cost with actual work done.
∎ Visit the site frequently and need to check the work progress.
∎ Provide technical solution for smooth operation of work at site.
∎ Co-ordinate with Designers like Architect, Structural Engineers plumbing, Electro-mechanical Engineers and different departments for supplying the construction materials timely at site as per BOQ.
∎ Provide necessary decision to site personnel.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge in MS office.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
