Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc or Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand and act basic engineering functions like-Civil RCC drawing, Site preparation, Ground leveling;
∎ Understand and act Field measurement and marking, Layout plan, survey and site supervision;
∎ Check measurement sheet and prepare Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for both RCC and Steel Structure.
∎ Prepare estimation, check requisition list, quantity & quality.
∎ Maintaining daily progress report as per schedule;
∎ Guide construction people like interior technician, sanitary technician, plumber, mason etc;
∎ Provide technical advice regarding design, construction modifications and structural repairs;
∎ Perform any other related jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant must have 04 years practical project development experience for BSc Engineering and 07 years for Diploma Engineering.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond normal office hour.
