Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Construction Estimating, Hotel, Real Estate project Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Coordination drawing in collaboration with vendor engineers based on the architectural designs and Issue all the drawings to selected vendors.
∎ To look after overall project progress plan and marking on respective drawing daily basis.
∎ To Control all discipline (MEP, CIVIL & IT) documents, mail correspondence and drawings.
∎ Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BoQ) against renovation/interior works.
∎ To prepare coordination drawing for different kind of projects.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Auto CAD 2D, 3D and Communicating with email.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of the structural design.
∎ Good understanding of rate analysis.
