Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of monthly & yearly marketing Plan for Model Pharmacy operation & effectively execute all marketing (ATL & BTL) related activities regarding Model Pharmacy operation.
∎ Distribution of all promotional material.
∎ Competitor activities monitoring, analysis & reporting
∎ Organizing various events (Like seminar, offer, health camp, competition) for sales acceleration.
∎ Building relationship with doctor, nurse, brother & assistant by regular visit.
∎ Post marketing output analysis, review & report generation.
∎ Digital platform marketing (Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp & Instagram), Sales generation & proceed to outlet and delivery supervision.
∎ Effectively monitor loyalty program customer, communicate with them & give support to develop existing & new customer.
∎ Checkback & correct all product requisition by outlet sales team to get fast moving products & proceed to supply chain department for purchase.
∎ Categorization & Price update of all product in the software & find out any gap present in the software & take necessary steps to solve the problem & coordinate with IT department.
∎ Introduction of new category product by analysis of the market scenario.
∎ Analyse inventories to determine fast, medium, Slow-moving Products, critical stock & stock aging reports generation & Preparation of all other reports.
∎ Effective Display Merchandizing & Footfall analysis.
∎ Import product selection, analysis & regulatory work for registration of imported medicine & medical device.
∎ Participate in hiring process for pharmacy positions.
∎ Training module development & training in the view of Govt. Model Pharmacy Guidelines (initial orientation and ongoing pharmacy team member development).
∎ Manage & coordinate all activities regarding new outlet opening.
∎ Any and all other duties as assigned by Higher Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have experience in Model Pharmacy.
∎ Must have Knowledge about Pharmaceutical & Non-Pharmaceutical Product.
∎ Must have training from Pharmacy Council Bangladesh(PCB)
∎ Strong Interpersonal skills; must be able to lead, delegate, instruct, counsel, coordinate, and correct.
∎ Well-developed oral and written communication skills; strong listening and negotiation skills. Hands-on experience with the strategic planning process and scheduling would be helpful.
