∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management/Operations Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Supply Chain Simulation, Operations Management
∎ Skills Required: Data Warehousing, MS Office Applications, Software

Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealing with various interest groups to manage the logistics support accordingly through coordinating with Mother HUB, DC and PUD offices to achieve the on-time delivery.
∎ Ensuring smooth courier and cargo delivery all over the country on a daily basis.
∎ Manage all of the linehaul operations and maintenance of deporting vehicles.
∎ Handling of All drivers and helpers of the company own and third-party vehicles.
∎ Dealing with the local authority and law enforcement authority regarding transporting issues.
∎ Remove all non-value activities (NVA) from logistics operations and make aware of product value and time.
∎ To establish, make sense the courier policy time = money.
∎ Tracking, reporting and ensuring on-time delivery by third-party vehicles.
∎ Liaise with corporate functions as needed for smooth functioning of the business in the city
∎ Routing down and up the trip of company vehicles and regular maintenance of all vehicles according to upline instructions.
∎ Ensuring the stocks are correctly loaded and unloaded damage, loss, pilferage or mixing with other orders using tracking knowledge.
∎ Strong understanding the technology and process around WMS, LMS, warehouse automation, demand and inventory planning etc
∎ Plan and implement logistical strategy, ensuring targets are met.
∎ Manage to oversee product storage, handling and distribution
∎ Use computer software to track goods from origin to delivery.
∎ Work on forecasts and inventories, keep an accurate record of the process and analyze the performance
∎ Use excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to deal positively with senior management, sales staff, employees, vendors and customers
∎ Ensure you're aware of precisely what is happening throughout the courier supply chain.
∎ Training and motivating a team of logistics staff, including driver and helper, about road safety and rules and regulations.
∎ Improve the overall logistics performance and look for any possible innovations to the process.
∎ Develop new and existing relationships with HUB, DC and PUD offices all over the country.
∎ Manage and minimize the risks (for example, operational or reputational) that could affect or interrupt the company business and courier functional work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ High level of analytical ability to identify and solve problems and then to optimize solutions to be able to drive efficiency.
∎ Knowledge of logistics, including carriers, shipping policies and procedures
∎ Strong analytical skills, people skills and data driven decision making skill is a must
