Job Context:
∎ We have our own factory with a one-stop-shop production facility serving the print and packaging industry.
∎ We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking, intelligent, self-motivated person.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for communicating with different clients time to time over the phone/ email.
∎ Attend all customer complaints according to company procedures and service standers.
∎ Handle all relevant issues with customers in relation to slow payment/disputes to improve DSO (Day sales outstanding).
∎ Communicate directly with customers by phone or e-mail; visit customers as and when required.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries; handle and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
∎ Provide pricing and delivery information.
∎ Perform customer verification and set up new customer accounts.
∎ Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
∎ Organize workflow to meet customer time frames.
∎ Liaison with the relevant departments to ensure orders are received and processed as required by customers.
∎ Assist to clear backlog orders/shipments to improve delivery performance.
∎ Manage customers' accounts and databases.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
∎ Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
∎ Record details of actions taken.
∎ Prepare and distribute customer activity reports.
∎ Need to work with ERP System.
∎ To provide delivery schedule to production and dispatch department for all the next day deliveries for the customers.
∎ Every order details needs to be thoroughly checked from CS end before posting for production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 36 years
