Job Responsibilities:
∎ Material Demand Planning.
∎ Sourcing material.
∎ Track the performance & service of suppliers under the agreement.
∎ Brief suppliers and make them clear about any project run by Supply Chain Dept. Collect quotation & select supplier by preparing a comparative statement.
∎ Coordinate & monitor the projects run by Supply Chain Dept.
∎ Take part in the Inventory Count.
∎ Take part in audits on behalf of Supply Chain Dept.
∎ Works in line with Dept.s Manager to achieve Dept.s KPI.
∎ Prepare weekly stock replenishment plan.
∎ Prepare different reports (GIT Report, Open PO Report, Supplier Evaluation, etc.).
∎ Design & Implement new methods to simplify the existing working process within the Dept.
∎ Drive the demand management process with organizational strategies.
∎ Monitor material demand on sales projection and historical consumption along with accuracy level.
∎ Plan and manage the warehouse management system to optimize space allocation.
∎ Source new or alternative raw material and work with PD team for new development.
∎ Communicate with KAM, customer service, warehouse and operations team for material management.
∎ Analyze excess stock and plan to make production with orders.
∎ Work with team for annual purchase budget, stock count, inventory audit and financial reporting.
