Job Responsibilities:
∎ Well Knowledge about UCP-600, Incoterms-2010, Different payment terms
∎ LC scrutinizing
∎ Sound knowledge about HS code for sweater & woven item
∎ Prepares export documents as per LC terms and condition and buyer guideline
∎ Timely followup with buyer for export payment
∎ Bank document presentation timely manual
∎ Correspondence with buyer, C&F & shipping line independently
∎ Experience in handing buyer : M&S, KMART, Tesco, Carrefour, Target, Mothercare, Okaidi, Babyshop, sainsbury.
∎ Experience in specially sweater and woven factory or any reputed RMG group of company
∎ Online booking submission in different portal: DAMCO, MGH, Bunsard, K+N
∎ Ensure Issue GSP/CO/SAFTA on time
∎ Ensure to keep record and prepare all types of Statement relating to Export and any other if necessary
∎ Submission export report timely
∎ Any others job assign by management
∎ To Lead the team independently
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic
∎ Strong Oral & written communication skills
∎ Computer proficiency
