Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Masters in Accounting from any public University with good academic record. CA (CC) from ICAB will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain & record daily product delivery as per delivery challan and check all kinds of bills as per rate quotations, challan and MRR;
∎ To assist to the head of Accounts to prepare financial statement, prepare and to submit organization’s tax return;
∎ Calculation of VAT & TDS and to deposit to the govt. treasury;
∎ Knowledge to prepare VAT-9.1, 4.3, 6.2, 6.3, 6.2.1, 6.5, 6.7 etc.;
∎ Monthly VAT return prepare and submit to the related circle;
∎ Withholding return submission and maintain all kinds of tax documents and reconciliation thereof;
∎ Verification of regular transactions, bills, and documents before approval and record keeping;
∎ Check monthly daily basis labor salary sheet and various commissions as per company policy;
∎ Responsible for day-to-day accounts operations;
∎ Bank account opening, clearing and closing;
∎ Maintaining current account and OD account;
∎ To prepare daily receipts & payments statements;
∎ Reconciliation of transactions i.e. Sales, Receivable, Payable, Stock ledger, etc.;
∎ To execute banking related activities;
∎ Review and approve supplier invoices related to a project;
∎ Compliance of VAT and other related laws while any payments, submission before the authorities;
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Must have excellent proficiency in computer;
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond normal office hour.
