∎ Skills Required: Communication, Negosiation, Reporting and Documentation

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist logistic departments in charge of organizing movement orders /shipments from port
∎ Assist in transportation services are established for the smooth, uninterrupted flow of shipment and customer orders.
∎ Assist in preparing & collect paperwork for regulatory bodies(BRTA)
∎ Go through all receivers, inventory adjustments, and billings are distributed to the appropriate departments on a daily basis.
∎ Daily, Weekly & Monthly dispatch plan preparing with the coordination of Production, Sales & Accounts
∎ Transport Management (Route planning, Cost minimizing, Quantity maximizing & Collecting 3rd part transport where required)
∎ Ensure procurement plans are in place.
∎ Ensure the quality of the purchase and the delivery deadlines
∎ Follow up the order/purchase until delivery
∎ Ensure regular purchases follow up in close collaboration with the Finance Department for down payments and monthly budget follow up
∎ Stock Movement Monitoring
∎ Ensure specific technical responsibility for the implementation of the logistics function
∎ Support and maintain Liaison with BRTA Coordinator for liaison activities.
∎ Foreign delegates receive and do arrange their food, residence & transport.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 60000 (Monthly)
