Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare purchase plan, legal documents, documents for sub-kabla on new and existing projects.
∎ Land project auditing and supervising on daily basis for monitoring and control.
∎ Maintain liaison with land office and vendors for day-to-day office work.
∎ Acquire new project on various location of Bangladesh for developing housing projects.
∎ Monitoring all hurdles and disputes regarding land project.
∎ Handling various land brokers of different regions across Bangladesh.
∎ Preparing legal notes with estate and legal department of land acquisition/ disputes/ registration.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
