Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for housekeeping of office buildings.
∎ Supervising all drivers.
∎ Ensuring proper coordination and facilitation of administrative support services among administrative and other departments.
∎ Checking, recommending & approving (As applicable) bills for payment accurately and timely.
∎ All Implementation of Logistics policies and procedures for purchasing, transport, delivery, storage, inventory, communications and movement control.
∎ Responsible for the smooth functioning of the Office Logistics, and Asset Management.
∎ Recruit, train and maintain office assistant regular basis.
∎ Coordinate with Head office HR for various issues.
∎ Coordinate with management with various confidential issues.
∎ Keep contact with all concerns of the organization.
∎ Managing Air tickets and reservations.
∎ Collecting detailed information about Air tickets prices and availability.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management & Head of Department.
