Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect the statement of optional modification work and materials selection from valued clients to satisfy their requirement.
∎ Project visit with clients of submitted the customize statement and observe the work progress & check the optional / modification work according to service Clearance. Estimate and costing of additional / modificational work.
∎ Understanding all designs, drawings & specifications according to project standards.
∎ Co- ordinate with internal stockholders.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward landowner and customers as well.
∎ Physical project visit as need as well.
∎ Ability to smoothly handling during the Critical Situation.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Ensure smooth cooperation between customer and other team member through effective communication.
∎ Maintain long term relationship by providing after handover services to our valued client & create references.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good Knowledge about computer literate.
∎ Should be dynamic, proactive and service oriented.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong negotiation skill.
∎ Willing to visit frequently to different projects/ sites.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
