∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular Interaction and follow up with customers over phone, email, letter as well as face to face meeting to provide their required services in coordination with relevant stakeholders
∎ Project visit with customers as and when required as per SOPs
∎ Preparing optional works, final account & ad hoc committee formation
∎ Take ownership of customer requirements and ensure smooth delivery of the same
∎ Actively participate and contribute to make homeownership a joyful experience for the customers
∎ Micro mange the team and collaborate with peers to deliver customer satisfaction
∎ Perform others tasks as and when assigned by supervisor and business needs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Age between 25-35 years and ate least 3-5 years experience in customer service
∎ Excellent communication skills both in written & verbal
∎ Computer proficiency
∎ Hard working, proactive, mindset to maintain company mission, vision & core values
∎ Customer centric person with service attitude
∎ Ability to work independently & handle customers
∎ Experience in real estate industry will be given preference

Salary: Negotiable
