Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architectural, Interior, Landscape Design based Drawings. The candidate should be efficient in preparation of any kind of Architectural Working Drawings, Construction Documentation, Shop Drawings, and preliminary BOQ & Technical Specifications.
∎ Strong Computer based work skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Auto CAD 2D & 3D.
∎ 3D Rendering via 3DS Max/ Sketchup, Graphics Design via Adobe Photoshop/CorelDraw and Communicating with email.
∎ Candidate must have working experience in preparation of CDA/RAJUK Approval Drawing following Imarat Nirman Bidhimala 2008 & BNBC 2020, as well as coordinate with approval authority regarding Approval Process.
∎ Must possess the Ability to coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, CIVIL & IT Engineering team for preparing detailed construction drawings.
∎ Candidate must have experience in selection process of Architectural Finish Materials for Interior & Exterior Projects. Raising Requisitions, Coordinate with Supply Chain Dept, Market Survey, Knowledge in Material Specifications & Site execution will add value to the candidate selection process.
∎ To look after overall project progress plan and marking on respective drawing on a daily basis.
∎ To Control all discipline (MEP, CIVIL & IT) documents, mail correspondence and drawings.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Hospitality (Hotel Project), Industrial/RMG Building Projects, Commercial Building &
∎ Residential Projects.
∎ Excellent Skill required in Architectural & Graphics Software.
